Ali is the best-absolute-best dog groomer in NYS! Shes usually full and not taking new dogs (or big dogs) but if you can get in shes amazing.

This was the worst experience ever. I asked for my shitzu puppy to have a trim only with her bath and nails. I explained I liked my puppys hair long. When I arrived my dog looked like a manged cat. She was completely shaved and it did not look good at all. It was blotchy, uneven, the face wasnt even done. The top of her head look like she was electrocuted she did not have a bath and her nails were not done this was over 2 hours she had my dog. When I asked what happened she stated she did what she thought was best without calling or notifying me.hdhardcall the vet bwho stated my dog was in shock.she did

I took my boy for his first cut at 8mths..I was so happy with the results me being a new dog mom I was a bit worried but the groomer was understanding and kept me informed via text as to how my little dude was doing

Ali is so sweet and kind with our dogs. She grooms them beautifully and they love her!
